Nylander, Civil Engineers and Surveyors and recorded with Middlesex County registry of Deeds as Plan 1241(1of 2) of 1955 at the end of plan book 8508, said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Northeasterly:      by land nor or formerly of Harold E. Esterly, one hundred and ten
